Bank Account Tracker
Bank Account Tracker is a simple-to-use Excel spreadsheet template that enables you to keep track of transactions that take place on your company bank account.
The spreadsheet, which is free to download, is designed to compliment Earnings Tracker.
Whereas the primary use of Earnings Tracker is to calculate such things as the amount of corporation tax due, or the size of dividends that can be taken by shareholders in the business, Bank Account Tracker lets you record bank account transactions. Between them, Earnings Tracker and Bank Account Tracker, should in most cases provide enough information to enable your accountant to prepare your company accounts.

Having downloaded and unzipped the Bank Account Tracker spreadsheet, you should be able to open and work on it in most spreadsheet applications.
Sample data has been entered on page 1 of the spreadsheet (April). This is just to show you how the spreadsheet can typically be used. You should delete the sample data before using the spreadsheet to record your own data.
