Try before registering
When you open Earnings Tracker, you can sign in as "guest@dixon.co.uk" (for the email address) and "guest" (for the password). This enables you to try out the software to see if it is suitable for your needs. Feel free to add/remove/edit items as you wish.
You can log on using the guest account whenever you wish, and you might find that using this account is sufficient for your needs. For example, if you simply want to add figures for a single month, perhaps to calculate how much corporation tax you owe for that month, or to see what dividend payment(s) can be paid to shareholders, the guest account may well be all you need.
If, however, you want to use Earnings Tracker to keep track of your company's revenue and outgoings over several months, you will need to register with the application. This is necessary in order to separate your entries from everybody else's. We don't make any use of your registration details, but you should use a valid email address so that you can generate a new password if you forget the one you set up when you register.

The source files (PHP and MySQL) for Earnings Tracker are available as a free download. This enables you to install Earnings Tracker on a web server of your choice, and to modify the code if you want to.
