(January 24, 2011) LittleBigPlanet 2 review The original LittleBigPlanet was a curiously contradictory beast. Recipient of numerous accolades from the gaming press, but equally as criticised. Its acquired-taste physics, for many, left a lot to be desired and acted as a barrier for those looking for a fun platforming experience, as did the investment required to really get to grips with the Create mode; it was user-friendly and easy to pick up, but extremely time consuming to make levels on par with some of the best the community had to offer. (January 13, 2011) Tiger Woods dropped from own video game cover Tiger Woods may have been hoping this year would be an improvement on the last, but 2011 didn't get off to the best of starts after he was dropped from the cover of his own video game. The fallout from a high-profile sex scandal and his subsequent divorce meant 2010 was a year for Woods to forget off the course, while on it the world's most feared player resembled a shadow of his former self, losing his number one ranking to Lee Westwood. Abuse run and gun video game

Abuse is a run and gun video game developed by Crack dot Com, and published by Origin Systems/Electronic Arts. It was released in 1996, and runs on DOS and Linux operating systems.
An improved port of the game was released for Mac OS by Bungie Studios and for the Acorn Archimedes by R-Comp Interactive.
In 2009 it was ported to AmigaOS 4 as well. Furthermore, the game has been ported to the iPhone/iPod Touch platform. The game's source code has been in the public domain since the late 1990s, along with some of the Shareware content.

Trackballs is a marble game inspired by the 80s' Atari classic Marble Madness.
By steering a marble ball through a labyrinth filled with sharp objects, pools of acid, and other obstacles, you collect points. When the destination is reached, you continue on to the next, more difficult level - unless time runs out!
Unlike marble madness, the game uses 3D graphics even though the original game had no real use for it. Also the game is fully programmable with a scripting extension (Guile), and includes a level editor so that you can create new levels.

You can take or drop gems from the bottom of the screen to make gems disappear. If you move gems in order to create a vertical alignment of at least three gems of the same colour, they will burst and start a chain reaction with all neighbouring matching gems. The aim is to prepare some other chain reactions while the first gems are bursting, in order to make a combo and send lines to your opponent. You lose when some gems reach the bottom of the field.

SuperTuxKart is a Free 3d kart racing game. We want to make the game fun more than we want to make it realistic. You can play with up to 4 friends on one PC, racing against each other or just try to beat the computer. (a network multiplayer feature is planned).
See the great lighthouse or drive through the sand and visit the pyramids. Race underground or in space, watching the stars passing by. Have some rest under the palms on the beach (watching the other karts overtaking you). But don't eat the bananas! Watch for bowling balls, plungers, bubble gum and cakes thrown by opponents.

The Unmanned Lunar Expedition Simulator is a small 3D (OpenGL) game in which you control an unmanned moon vehicle. It is a two-player game that may be played either against the computer or against another player on the internet. There are two game modes: a racing game and a death-match game.
Technical stuff: The game uses rigid-body-dynamics for control of vehicle movement. It has a particle system based gun, 3D audio, and an online high-score list.

Fight Win Prevail First Person Shooter Game

Fight Win Prevail (or FWP for short) is a hobbyist multiplayer first person shooter.
The game is set in an imaginary universe where fearless pilots fight to the death with their futuristic vehicles. Gameplay lies somewhere between the Mechwarrior-series and Quake 3. It is faster and more action-orientated than in Mechwarrior, but tries to avoid the 'jump-around-like-crazy-and-fire-at-everything-that-moves'-gameplay known from Quake 3.
Fight Win Prevail is a pure multiplayer game and does not have a real singleplayer mode. Our primary target are LANs, but the game is playable over the internet, too.
